The Sioux County Youth Fair will be moving to the former Sioux Center Airport site, which will now be call “The Sioux County Ag Expo”. The fair board sees this as a great opportunity to form a partnership with the Sioux County Ag Expo board and be able to use their new facilities for our fair week. The Sioux County Ag Expo is the property in which the Sioux County Youth Fair will take place. The property is not owned by the Sioux County Fair. It is a facility for us to use every second week in July to host our County Fair.
In October of 2022, the county was able to purchase the old airport north of Sioux Center for the purpose of building an agriculture facility to host the Sioux County Youth Fair. The Sioux County Ag Expo board has been working hard at designing a layout and facilities that will provide added benefits for many events.

Donations
If you would like to give to the Sioux County Ag Expo project you are welcome to give in the following ways. Understand you are giving to the Sioux County Ag Expo project, this is not the Sioux County Fair. The Sioux County Ag Expo will host the Sioux County fair so the facilities it provides will directly impact the quality of our fair.
Grain Donation
Farmers are given the ability to donate a portion of their grain to the Sioux County Ag Expo project. We have accounts set up at all Sioux County Elevators.

The Sioux County Youth Fair is a partnership with the Sioux County Ag Expo. The Ag Expo will provide all of the facilities for us to be able to have an outstanding fair. If you prefer to NOT give to The Sioux County Ag Expo, but would instead like to give directly to the Sioux County Fair. You are welcome to do that through our sponsorship opportunities we mail out in March, or by writing at check to the Sioux County Fair. Thank you for your support!
